I told her I've been having issues with my upper and lower back and she took the time to give me some assessment moves to see which side needed more focus. The flow afterwards was very tailor made to my needs. She also takes the time to explain the human anatomy to me and how each muscle group affects each other which gave me greater mind body awareness as I began to understand more of the connectivity. After my session, I felt great and that I had stretched and worked a lot of muscles I could not reach on my own.
